You are solely responsible for verifying all figures and making your own investment decisions. We make no representations as to the accuracy or completeness of any analysis.

Service Provided As-Is

The service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this service for any unlawful purpose, to upload documents you do not have the right to share, or to attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the platform. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Billing & Subscriptions

• One free analysis is included with every account.
• Pay-per-analysis: $79 per report, charged at time of purchase.
• Pro subscription: $149/month, billed monthly, cancel anytime.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refund Policy

No refunds are issued once a report has been generated. If a report fails to generate due to a platform error, a credit or re-run will be provided. Contact support within 48 hours of the issue.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MF Underwriter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this service or reliance on any output generated.
