Document Handling

Documents you upload are used solely to generate your underwriting report and are deleted immediately after parsing — they are never stored on our servers. Output Excel reports are retained for 30 days and then permanently deleted.

AI Processing

Document text is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for financial data extraction. Per Anthropic's API usage policy, API data is not used to train their models. No document contents are logged, stored permanently, or shared with third parties.

Data We Collect

• Email address (for authentication)
• Number of analyses run (for billing purposes)
• Generated Excel reports (stored for 30 days, then deleted)

We do not collect, store, or log the contents of your uploaded documents.

Third Parties

We use Stripe for payment processing. Your payment information is handled directly by Stripe and never passes through our servers. We do not sell or share your data with any third parties.

Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and any associated data at any time by contacting us. Account deletion removes your email, usage history, and any stored reports.
